At Negative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
